You'll make a difference by:
* Driving Sales Transformation: You will help turn high-level global strategies into local action plans, supporting the team as we adopt new digital tools and modern market approaches.
* Generating Data Insights: You'll collect and analyze datasets to find "the story behind the numbers," creating visual dashboards in Excel or Power BI to guide business decisions.
* Leading Market Intelligence: You will research competitors and social media trends to provide insights on how we can better position our brand and prioritize new investments.
* Optimizing Pricing & Campaigns: You'll analyze our product mix and help coordinate new pricing strategies and marketing campaigns to ensure they hit performance targets.
* Empowering Sales Teams: You will collaborate with sales leaders to turn data into "social selling" guides and actionable recommendations that help them win more deals.
* Coordinating Cross-Functionally: You'll act as a connector between Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure everyone is aligned and working toward the same growth goals.
Your defining qualities:
* Analytical Mindset: You are currently pursuing a degree in a technical or business field and have a knack for finding patterns in complex information.
* Tech & Tool Proficiency: You are an Excel pro and have a strong interest (or experience) in data tools like Power BI, Tableau, or social media analytics.
* Creative & Strategic Thinker: You can bridge the gap between hard data and creative marketing, understanding how social trends impact business strategy.
* Effective Communicator: You can take complex data and explain it simply and persuasively to different teams, whether in a report or a presentation.
* Self-Motivated & Proactive: You are a self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects and finding solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Committed & Reliable: You are ready to dive in for a 6-month full-time internship and are comfortable adapting to the changing needs of a growing business.
