Overview of Role
During your internship in our Swiss Investment and Portfolio Advisory team, you will work closely with experienced professionals on daily activities and real-world projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, client advisory support, and market analysis within a multinational work environment in Geneva.
You will have your own tasks and responsibilities and also help us in the ongoing administration. This internship will last for nine months with a start date in April 2026.

Responsibilities
* Help to prepare regular portfolio reviews and bespoke portfolio proposals
* Prepare materials associated with new client pitches
* Interact with specialists in the research departments
* Compile and write monthly market summaries
* Support in the translation of Advisory publications
* Update our investment universe on a regular basis
* Review and improve our internal tools and task automation
* Apply Microsoft Office and VBA in the day-to-day work

Education and Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in or completed a University degree (Bachelor or Master)
* Ideally gained first exposure to investment or portfolio advisory topics
* Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and VBA
* Interest in financial markets and investment solutions appreciated

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
* Fluent in English and French; additional languages (German) are an advantage
* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
* Team-oriented and collaborative
* Open-minded and adaptable to change
* Well-structured, organized, and detail-focused
* Accuracy and reliability in handling data and tasks
