We are actively seeking a talented and motivated individual for a 1-year internship. If you possess the following qualifications and are eager to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply: Required qualifications: You have an IT CFC (Federal Certificate of Capacity) or IT Technician ES (Higher Technical School) diploma, or equivalent training. Ideally, you have confirmed experience as an IT & User Support Technician in a large international company in the fashion, automotive, or watchmaking industry. You have in-depth knowledge of Windows workstation environments and device management with Workspace ONE, Meraki. You are familiar with ticketing and incident management systems. You are able to work in agile mode on a multitude of subjects and applications. You have excellent communication skills, clear, pedagogical, and excellent sense of service. You are able to work effectively in a team and manage priorities. You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and autonomy. You speak fluent French and English.
