The Role
As a Partnerships Intern at our EAME Regional Office in Zurich, you will support the development and execution of strategic partnerships across markets.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to partnership strategy, brand collaborations, event activations, and cross-functional project management within an international corporate environment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, contributing to initiatives that drive brand impact and commercial performance.
The successful candidate must be based in Switzerland and able to work from the EAME Regional Office in Zurich three days per week. This six-month internship is open to third- or fourth-year students and recent graduates and is expected to start as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Development
* Support the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of strategic partners.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to produce benchmarks and identify collaboration opportunities.
* Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and business cases.
Project & Stakeholder Management
* Work very closely with the World of Hyatt team to help best integrate the program into the activations
* Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and external partners.
* Track timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure successful project execution.
* Support the execution of partnership activations and corporate-led events.
* Maintain structured documentation of agreements and project updates.
Reporting & Analysis
* Assist in measuring partnership performance and preparing recap reports.
* Support budget tracking and administrative follow-up where required.
* Present results and progress to partners and senior leadership

Profil requis du candidat:

Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous work experience required, preferably in Events and/or Partnerships.
* Hospitality experience is not required but considered a plus.
* Degree (completed or in progress) in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Hands-on mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
* Positive attitude and strong team collaboration spirit.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.
