Overview:
As a Deployment intern at CC Digital, you will handle demand planning, monitor and analyze changes in demand, and manage deployment documents and final sign-offs.
You will be required to:
* Work with Teams Across Regions and Agencies: You'll be collaborating with people from different areas and external partners to plan and track upcoming marketing campaigns. This involves keeping an eye on how much work is coming up and making sure everyone is on the same page.
* Manage Campaign Volume and Value: You'll help organise the pipeline of campaigns, considering both how many campaigns are running (volume) and their value (measured in Coins). You'll also discuss with key regional contacts to balance campaign demand with available resources, aiming for solutions that work well for everyone involved.
* Keep Documents Up to Date: It's important to make sure all standard documents related to campaign deployment are always current. If a new document is needed, you'll create it and make sure it's shared in the right places for everyone to access.
* Review Campaign Analytics: You'll be responsible for giving final approval on campaign analytics. This means checking that the consumer experience works as intended and ensuring the data flows properly into dashboards used for reporting.
In summary, this position is about helping teams work together smoothly to plan, launch and track campaigns, making sure all information is clear, up to date and that data is accurately reported for everyone involved.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
* Team player with a collaborative spirit and hands-on attitude
* Experience of MS excel for analytics
* Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving ability
* Ability to produce comprehensive reports and dashboards to all stakeholders
