What's the role?
Our "TES Trainee Program", in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, allows you to unleash your potentials through on the job trainings. Yes, the program is fast paced and challenging, but we will also coach you closely while broadening your experience through a range of international project assignments in various functions. Over the trainee period you will learn more about your own strengths and weaknesses and find your areas to take on ownership with accountability.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for 3-12 months

What You'll Bring

* a degree in supply chain management, engineering or science related discipline from a reputable university.
* being multilingual, fluent in English and at least one other language.
* having between 3-36 months of international experience through work or studies.
* enjoy learning, challenging yourself, are mature, assertive, and committed.
* being a flexible team player with good communication and social skills.
* being internationally mobile. A global thinker who is keen on diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad.
* being hands-on person, able to set priorities to manage tasks, execute plans accordingly and drive initiatives independently.
* enjoying to foster collaboration within and beyond your own team, and enjoy getting the best out of people by motivating and inspiring others.
