In particular, the e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. The FMCG Campaign team is committed to accelerating the growth of FMCG sellers on TikTok Shop by serving as strategic partners that deliver tailored, high-impact campaigns. Through customized support, we help brands drive both GMV and engaging content creation-leveraging targeted initiatives, incentives, and awareness-building strategies designed around each seller's unique business goals. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up and maintaining campaign landing pages, ensuring accurate and visually appealing content. - Support the configuration of campaign resources, including banners, products, and promotional materials. - Help manage voucher settings, including creation, validation, and tracking of performance metrics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. - Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or campaign management - Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tracking Preferred Qualifications - TikTok user with a strong understanding of platform trends and user behavior - Strong sense of ownership and responsibility in managing tasks from start to finish - Dynamic, proactive, and eager to go beyond assigned duties to support team success If you have any questions, please reach out to us at apac-earlycareers@tiktok.com
