Location Overview
Join our team in Amanpuri. Soundtracked by the whispers of coconut palms and the sighs of the Andaman Sea, Aman's first resort, Amanpuri, presides over its own peninsula, promising guests space, serenity, an idyllic white-sand beach, exceptional restaurants and a Holistic Wellness Centre.

Under the guidance of the Villas Management Team, the intern will gain hands-on experience in supporting daily villa operations, ensuring personalized service and seamless guest experiences in a luxury private villa setting.

We are seeking a guest-focused, attentive, and proactive individual with a warm and discreet personality. A passion for luxury hospitality, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential for success in this role.

Period
October 2026 onwards

Key Responsibilities
* Attend daily briefings to understand villa operations and guest preferences
* Stay updated on daily events, in-house guests, special arrangements, and operational changes
* Support personalized arrival, in-villa stay, and departure experiences
* Assist with guest enquiries within the villa and around the resort
* Provide accurate information regarding villa features, amenities, and resort services
* Support preparation of villas prior to guest arrival, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards

Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field
* Strong communication skills with confidence in engaging with guests in a professional and discreet manner
* Service-oriented with a polished appearance and positive attitude
* Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate guest needs
* Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
* A proactive team player with a strong willingness to learn within luxury villa operations
