As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. This internship will be project based. Responsibilities - Policy Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and rollout of new business policies and product features. Ensure smooth communication, training, and implementation across relevant internal stakeholders and external clients. - Performance Tracking & Dashboard Creation: Design, build, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards. Track key operational metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights to support leadership in data-driven decision-making. - Reward & Incentive Management: Support the end-to-end setup, configuration, and administration of client/merchant reward programs. Ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and timely execution of incentive payouts. - Cross-functional Issue Resolution: Partner closely with Account Managers (AMs) and cross-functional teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex client operational issues, ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and process efficiency

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master's degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related discipline. - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with experience in excel data (pivot, formula) - A proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects effectively, and work well to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. - Experience working with large amounts of data and handling operational tasks with great attention to detail. - Able to commit to working for 12 weeks for the rest of the year (5 days a week). Able to work at least 20 hours a week - Chinese proficiency is required to effectively collaborate and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients. Preferred Qualifications: - Proven client-facing experience. - Familiarity with e-commerce markets and industry trends. - Demonstrated experience in leading operational initiatives and delivering measurable results. - A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adjust quickly to change, and work independently as well as collaboratively with diverse groups.
