About the role

About the team:
At Aspire, our Sales Team is the driving force behind our growth. We're a group of high-performing, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about helping businesses scale smarter with our all-in-one finance operating system. About the role:
* Participate in account activation activities, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
* Support in preparing summary and sales reports.
* Help manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
* Support sales or product campaigns/events
* Attend team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.

Minimum qualifications:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (final year preferred).
* Should be able to communicate in Mandarin
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools and frameworks to solve real world problems at Aspire

Preferred qualifications:
* Basic understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus
