Agency Operations Project Intern (TikTok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

We are the Agency Operations Team, focusing on the construction and growth of the TikTok LIVE Agency Ecosystem. We are mainly responsible for Agency Recruitment and Incubation, helping the high-quality development of live streaming business. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. - Support offline and online recruitment events, sort out agency resources, follow up on the progress of connections and complete recruitment-related follow up. - Be responsible for new Agency Education-related work, including the creation of educational materials (manuals, PPT, etc.), online/offline meeting presentations, and daily agency Q&A, to help new Agencies get started with the business quickly; - Assist the Account Manager in incubating potential agencies, follow up on the growth progress and monitor agency's task completion rate. - Be responsible for data analysis related to recruitment and operations, statistics of core data such as agency recruitment conversion rate, education completion rate, and incubation effect, and output basic analysis reports to support business optimization; - Cooperate with the team to complete other daily agency operation-related work to ensure the efficient implementation of various businesses

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited; able to commit to at least 4 working days per week for an internship period of 3 months or more (6 months is preferred); - Turkish speaker, fluent in English (excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing skills), and both can be used as working languages; - Strong interest in the Internet industry, live streaming field (TikTok LIVE) and agency operations; - Good data analysis and summary capabilities, proficient in using Excel for data statistics and basic analysis, able to quickly sort out business problems and judge priorities; - Proficient in using Office software (Word, PPT), with basic copywriting and material creation capabilities; - Strong communication, coordination, negotiation and learning abilities, serious and responsible at work, with good team spirit and execution. Preferred Qualifications - Internship experience in Agency operations, channel recruitment or user operations is preferred; - Familiarity with the Turkish live streaming market and local agency characteristics is preferred; - Experience in data analysis, ability to independently output simple analysis reports and possess certain business insight capabilities is preferred. - Proficiency in tools such as PS and Figma is a plus
