JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Merchandising Intern to join our dynamic PRADA team at our office in Istanbul. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury fashion. As a key support for our Retail Merchandising Team, you will contribute to the management of product assortments, market analysis, and collaboration with various teams to optimize performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing Womand And Men categories
* Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors

* Contribute to the development of sales and purchasing strategies
* Provide support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff
* Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align in-store displays with merchandising strategies
* Help create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders
* Participate in the preparation for buying new collections
* Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
A strong interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of industry trends.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical and organizational skills
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit

Fluent Spoken English Expected
