Location:
Istanbul, Turkey (Hybrid working is possible upon alignment)
Your Role:
As a Student Intern with our Process Solution team, you will play an active role in supporting Account Managers and Customer Excellence teams in their daily operational activities.This role provides hands-on experience in sales processes, order management, customer communication (primarily via phone), and internal coordination.You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, learn end-to-end customer operations, and contribute to improving process efficiency.
This position is ideal for students/graduates who want to build a career in sales, sales operations, customer service, supply chain, or commercial support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support AMs by handling operational follow-up tasks currently executed by the sales team.
* Support communication between Sales, Customer Excellence, and other operational teams.
* Support price encoding and quotation preparation after Account Manager (AM) closes a deal.
* Follow up on open orders, allocation status, and expediting process in coordination with the Customer Excellence team.
* Help update internal records, reports, and customer information as required.

Who You Are:
* Current student or recent graduate from a technical university (Engineering, Science, or related fields preferred)
* Experience (even part-time) in B2C or B2B sales is a plus
* Good spoken and written English (must be able to communicate with the team lead)
* Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
* Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
* Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Working Hours:
* Flexible; 10-20 hours per week
* Schedule to be mutually agreed upon; hybrid work is possible
Contract & Duration:
* Limited-term contract (intended for at least 6-12 months with possible extension depending on performance and business needs)
* Preference for candidates available for a longer commitment
