First Gen is a two-month summer internship program, offering hands-on experience, dynamic learning and exciting networking opportunities.

We are looking for a First Gen Summer Intern to join our Organized Trade team based in İstanbul.

Our process consists of the following steps:
* Application: 13 March - 1 April
* Video Interview: 3 - 9 April
* Face-to-Face Assessment: 27 April - 12 May
* Internship: 1 July - 31 August
Responsibilities

* Perform tasks and support processes within the Key Account Management area under supervision, ensuring alignment with organizational standards
* Collect, organize, and analyze customer data, company data, and market trends, and provide reports to the key account team to help identify potential growth opportunities
Qualifications

* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student who have completed at least their 2nd year
* Fluent in both English and Turkish
* Available to work full-time in İstanbul between July 1 - August 31
* Proficient in MS Office programs
* Highly motivated to learn, develop new skills, and grow in a dynamic environment
* Strong collaboration and communication skills
