About the job
Support the Finance team in managing commercial documents, processing transactions, and preparing reports to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, review, and organize commercial documents (e.g., contracts, liquidations) submitted by business teams.
* Upload documents to the internal system and maintain physical records.
* Assist in preparing finance-related reports as assigned.
* Coordinate with business teams to address day-to-day operational queries.
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team.
* Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisors.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Undergraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
* Full-time internship availability; ability to work on-site.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
* Basic understanding of finance principles.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
* Honest and able to handle confidential information.
