Job Description
* Assisting in organizing event, managing social media calendar
* Assisting in preparing marketing collaterals for residential projects
* Assisting in collecting information about property market, social-economic conditions
* Assisting in property data consolidation, presentation
* Assisting in documentation and other clerical jobs that are non-classified in nature
* Other tasks assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Students of fresh graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or relating majors
* Proven basic knowledge in economics, marketing, property market
* Detailed oriented, ability to handle multi-tasks
* Experience with data analysis, market research
* Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
* Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
* Passion for market research, branding and storytelling.
