Join our affiliate TotalEnergies One Tech Belgium in Feluy !

Attached to the R&D Cost Control Coordinator based at TOTB, your daily activities will include :
* Controlling internal and external expenses: monitoring timesheets and commitments/budget availability, processing invoices and receipts, and performing allocations.
* Using IT tools and ERP systems: Power BI and SAP (France and Belgium).
* Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities: ensuring compliance with internal procedures and financial standards to guarantee the reliability of financial information in SAP systems (France and Belgium), in line with OneTech's closing schedule.
* Managing the R&D project coding system for French and Belgian operational teams.
* Acting as a facilitator between operational teams and TGFS: resolving invoice interface issues (LME law and supplier invoice monitoring).
* Monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual performance: analyzing discrepancies between actual and forecast figures.
* Responding to analysis or studies requested by entity managers.
* Establishing, analyzing, and disseminating relevant management information to support decision-making.
* Participating in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for OPEX and CAPEX.
* Analyzing performance to identify improvement areas and implementing corrective actions to achieve set objectives.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Cost Control or Economics

Technical skills :

- Knowledge of cost accounting and budgeting processes
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to create presentations

Computing skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ideally, knowledge of Power BI
- Familiarity with a modeling tool would be a plus

Languages :

- English: level B2
- French: level C1
