Your Role
As a VIE Logistics & Transport Coordinator - Waters, you will oversee the end-to-end logistics operations for the Waters portfolio within the Benelux Supply Chain team. You will manage daily transport and warehousing flows, ensure accurate stock alignment, monitor KPIs, and maintain strong communication with both internal teams and external partners.
Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will evolve within a dynamic and international environment where you will gain hands-on operational exposure, develop key supply chain skills, and build cross-functional relationships-fully aligned with the objectives of the VIE program.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Daily Operations
Ensure timely transport planning and execution via TMS/RoadPL; validate proper dispatching of all Waters orders.
Monitor delays, exceptions, loading issues, and proactively escalate to carriers, 3PLs, or planning teams.
Secure daily stock synchronization between SAP and the 3PL WMS; solve IDOC discrepancies and apply necessary corrections.
Track and address operational issues raised by 3PLs, transport partners, or Customer Service.
2. Weekly Activities
Update and share relevant logistics KPIs (SOE file, IDEO KPIs, DPD follow-up, returns).
Join weekly logistics meetings with Evian, Volvic & Badoit teams, as well as planning, and ensure action follow-up.
Support the preparation of Waters excise declarations.
3. Monthly / Periodic Responsibilities
Support monthly KPI consolidation, financial reconciliation (transport & warehouse cost pre-invoicing), virtual stock adjustments, and GR validation.
Analyze KPI trends and proactively propose corrective or improvement actions when targets are off track.
Prepare inputs for monthly MPR meetings with IDEO and 3PL partners.
Manage the returns and destruction processes, ensuring full documentation compliance.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Service, Master Data, Finance, QFS, and 3PLs to ensure seamless operations and service continuity.
Contribute to productivity, process standardization and harmonization initiatives across Belgium.
Identify and escalate opportunities for continuous optimization within the Waters logistics perimeter.
We are looking for someone with the following profile:
Education & Technical Skills
* Master’s degree (or final-year student) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business.
* Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
* Strong skills in Excel and Power BI (KPIs, dashboard creation).
* Analytical mindset with the ability to manage flows and resolve operational issues.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to perform reliably under time pressure.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
Languages
* Fluent in English.
* Knowledge of French or Dutch is a strong plus.
Are you eligible for a V.I.E?
V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company.
* You must be aged 18 to 28
* You must have completed national service obligation.
* You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
* You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.
