Education & Experience: Master's degree in economics, Finance, or a related field. 2 years of progressive experience in strategy department of a multinational company within a fast-paced environment (ideally consumer goods or luxury), or in strategy consultancy firm. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, ThinkCell; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to learn from senior leadership. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken) Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
