Responsibilities

SGSS Luxembourg is part of the Société Générale Securities Services and offers a wide range of services :

* Global issuers services

SGSS Luxembourg provides services to to its Asset Servicing clients on 17 markets with investors covering 160 countries across the world. Global Operational Support aims to understand business requirements and provide solution that helps to automate, enhance, optimise and streamline the value chain. Within this service, the VIE will have the opporttunity to collaorate with developers and assist them in implementing the relevant user guides.

The VIE will be reporting to the GOS Manager and will support the team in the following tasks:

* Analyse the requirements (AS IS and TO BE processes)
* Develop and implement client and/or internal solutions
* Follow-up the progression of the developments in line with planned timeframe
* Contribute to the writing of the requirements, the user guides and the Standard Operating Models (SOP)
* Contribute to bring innovation withing GOS (Establish a Flow-in and Flow-out mapping, implement flow descriptions, etc...)

A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions.

Please note that it is mandatory to provide us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date. No VIE mission will start without this document. *Grade sheets are not accepted as justification of diploma.

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:

* Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Investment funds and IT programming languages

Language skills:

* Fluent in English

Technical, operational & soft skills:

* Good communication and presentation skills
* Proficient/Good command of MS Office
* Knowledge in SQL, HTML, PHP, POwer Query & Python
* A good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence
* Strong listening and analytical skills
* Proactivity, spearheading of proposals

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Luxemburg is to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
