Job will be to work on lean manufacturing (continuous improvement) at global level with our worldwide footprint. Activities will be split into several general topics: Plant performance improvement (productivities), development of Lean system (Faurecia Excellence System), development of global standard, workshop, training and communication. Performance/productivities: › Help management to achieve Profit and lost. Manage DL productivities plans › Support budget, Stategic plan … › Tracking plant Direct labor performances Faurecia Excellence System deployment & digital: › Diagnose and audit plant › Develop and support specific activities to enhance Faurecia Excellence System deployment (pull system, shop floor governance…) › Support digital deployment of shop floor management tool respecting Lean principle Develop global standard: › Implement, test, validate benchmark solution. Write standard, procedure, recommendation to be applied word wide. › Write guidelines for new workshop/shop floor activities based on new knowledge or need. › Ensure worldwide best practices collection (as example auto reject, changeover tools… Worskhop, training & communication: › Run lean workshop to support plants (Hoshin, SMED, ….) › Develop training package and run the training › Communication to support FES BG activities and accelerate Faurecia Excellence System throughout organization › Animate Faurecia Excellence System Business Group shareplaces Reporting: › Organize the Faurecia Excellence System Business Group reporting › Answer to group requesting request A high level of training in lean manufacturing will be provided by the best Faurecia Experts

Requisiti del candidato:

Minimum education level: › Master's degree in engineering, with passion for the lean manufacturing Skills & Competencies: › International mindset › Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills › Autonomous › English is required
