YOUR ROLE
You will support the Regional Office in improving business visibility, monitoring regional performance, and contributing to commercial development initiatives. Working closely with the Regional Commercial & Sales team, Head Office, and local agencies, you will help provide clear insights and support decision-making across the region.
This role offers strong exposure to regional activities and will strengthen your expertise in business performance, coordination, and commercial development within an international environment.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
* Prepare and maintain regional performance reports covering key business indicators and commercial results.
* Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information shared across the region.
* Support local agencies in understanding performance results and using available tools to improve decision-making.
* Monitor intermodal activities across the region and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Follow key regional projects, ensuring proper visibility, coordination, and follow-up.
* Act as the main regional contact for CRM tools and support their implementation across the region.
* Support the development and promotion of Value Added Services (VAS) across the region.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, only candidates aged 18 to 28 and European nationals are eligible for this mission offered as a VIE.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business trends and performance indicators.
* Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality.
* Ability to simplify processes and improve ways of working.
* Strong ability to summarize complex information and turn it into clear, impactful presentations.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French or any other language is a plus.
* Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented personality.
* Strong team spirit with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
* Interest in sales performance, commercial strategy, and business development.
