Founded in 1973 by Joseph Phelps, the winery Joseph Phelps Vineyards joined the Moët Hennessy Still Wine portfolio in August 2022. This acquisition follows Moët Hennessy's development strategy, which one of the priorities is to become the world leader in crafting the most desirable Fine Wines from the world's finest terroirs.
The Napa and Sonoma-based wine collection is one of the most respected and acclaimed in the United States. It has made its way to the best tables and cellars across the country, and its legendary Insignia, a Bordeaux-style Napa-grown blend, is considered one of the most sought-after and desirable fine wines in the world.

Mission
* Support the Finance team by contributing to the Forecast and Actual reporting
* Support the business performance analysis being in charge of specific P&L lines & taking part of the Direct To
* Consumer performance analysis
* Ensure a clear communication both internally (targets to communicate to Joseph Phelps teams) & externally
* (reporting to MH Wine Estates team in Paris)
* Improve the efficiency of operations taking part into continuous improvement projects
* Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of business KPIs
Education Master's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration Language Fluent English required, French is a plus. Professional experience Previous internship(s) in Finance, either in commercial or production environment Technical & management skills Knowledge in accounting, strong analytical & communication skills Mastery of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) Knowledge of MH Finance reporting tools, Topaz, Syrus, is a plus.
