Hutchinson ABS is seeking a VIE to fill the position, This position reports to the Advance Supply Chain Manager and works for the Supply chain department. The position is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States. Position Description: VIE Supply Chain Analyst will support the continuous improvement project in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) group. He will use his supply chain background to identify opportunity in stock management, planning process and logistic flows. To do so the VIE Supply Chain Analyst will have to work with data mining tool, information system and conduct kaizen. His position will support SCM managers to deliver high-quality products to our customers through a responsive, cost-effective, and sustainable supply chain. About Hutchinson: Hutchinson is a Tier One manufacturer of automotive anti-vibration systems. We design and manufacture in three locations with Grand Rapids established as corporate headquarters and technology center. The Grand Rapids is the technology center for AVS. The corporate headquarters for AVS is a full-service design, test, and manufacture of anti-vibration components for automotive ICE engines, BEV, PHEV, and anti-vibration bracketry for mounting accessory items. Processes you will find here are Rubber Mixing, Rubber Injection, Plastic Injection and complex automated assembly. Votre fonction / Your function Mission: * Lead continuous improvement project to drive reduce operational costs * Perform current VSM and identify opportunities * Lead project for physical flow optimization (tugger, warehousing) * Lead project to improve our planning processes (DDMRP, SOP, Forecasting) * Lead project to improve aftermarket management in SCM (planning, procurement, stock) * Support development in our data mining tool * Standardize Supply Chain activities with our ERP

Requisiti del candidato:

Specialization : Supply chain management Level of education : Master degree (or equivalent) in supply chain management (Apics certification is a plus) Technical skills : Information system (ERP), VSM, Planning process, stock management, Lean, Pack office with proficient skill in Excel, Basic coding knwoledge is a plus to work with datamining tool. Spoken languages ; English Soft skills : Strong Math, Statistical, Report Writing, Data Collection and Analysis
