Join us through an exciting VIE as a Master Data & IT Applications Specialist, based in Arlov, Sweden !
You will support our site in migrating master data from Microsoft Business Central to SAP and driving the rollout of new IT solutions to boost operational performance.
Main responsibilities :
ERP Data migration
* Assist in analyzing existing master data (materials, routings, vendors, customers, resources, etc.) in Microsoft Business Central
* Support data mapping, cleaning, validation, and structuring to prepare data for SAP requirements
* Contribute to data migration activities in collaboration with local and global teams
* Assist with testing phases (UAT, integration tests) and help resolve issues related to migrated data
* Support documentation of processes, data structures, and migration rules to ensure data consistency over time
IT Applications Identification & Deployment
* Contribute to mapoing current operational processes and identify digitalization or efficiency improvement opportunities
* Support the evaluation of potential IT tools (MES modules, maintenance systems, planning tools, IoT solutions, etc.)
* Support implementation projects: requirement gathering, solution testing, validation, documentation, and training
* Act as a liaison between the plant, central IT, and external vendors
Cross-functional Collaboration
* Work closely with local operations teams (manufacturing, planning, quality, maintenance) to understand business needs.

Support the alignment of activities with corporate IT standards and global process owners.
* Help ensuring smooth communication and change management throughout the projects
Education : Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or similar field
Experience : 1-2 years of experience ( internships and apprenticeships are included)
Required Skills :
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Solid general IT understanding (data structures, system logic, basic databases)
* Knowledge or strong motivation to learn ERP systems (Business Central, SAP)
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail in data handling
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
* Strong stakeholder management: ability to work with teams at all levels
* Social and collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust
* Structured, autonomous, and proactive working style
* Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems
