Your Role And Responsibilities
If you are looking for your first job and want to learn how the job market works in practice, the IBM Young Apprentice Program is your starting point! Here, you will have the chance to develop skills, gain experience, and grow professionally in an environment that values learning and inclusion.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
* Be between 17 and 21 years old. (For people with disabilities, there is no maximum age limit.)
* Be enrolled in the last year of high school at a public school or be a 100% scholarship student at a private school. People who have already completed high school under these conditions may also participate.
* Not be enrolled in higher education.
* Have a low family income, as the program is social in nature and seeks to promote the inclusion of young people in the job market.
* Never have participated as a Young Apprentice in another company.
* Be available to work from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If still enrolled in high school, you must be enrolled in night school
