Job Description

Workplace Services Partners are responsible to operate, maintain, improve and adapt the Capgemini workplaces premises and infrastructure for creating a safe, secure and effective working environment for the business to function. Ensure optimal occupancy of workspaces, managing space requirement, delivering high quality services within the workplaces, driving âÃ'ÂEURÃ'˜Service ExcellenceâÃ'ÂEURÃ'™ supported by local, regional teams and external Global IFM partners.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Support and execute a specific set of tasks in a process handled by the Workplace services. Creation of required monthly reports: KPI adherence, Issue logs, Service improvement plans etc.
