Job Description

You will be joining our Legal Corporate, Licensing & Distribution ("CLD") team at NIMI, which is seeking a Junior Legal Corporate, Licensing & Distribution Officer for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
The missions of the Legal CLD team are as follows:
* Monitoring corporate activities and licenses for the entities and distribution offices of the Natixis Investment Managers group;
* Tracking regulatory projects and initiatives impacting NIMI's international distribution platform;
* Managing the Legal activity of the international distribution platform (intra-group contractual relationships with affiliates, distribution offices on one hand, and local agents, service providers, clients, and external distributors of NIMI both in France and internationally).
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Drafting clauses (in English) for distribution, local agent, or service contracts, and amendments to these contracts;
* Drafting regulatory memos and notes (in English) (EU; US) and participating in various projects (corporate, investment funds, intra-group contracts) within the legal team;
* Updating contracts in English in relation to European regulations (e.g., GDPR, ELTIF);
* Participating in and preparing agendas in advance of weekly conference calls with Natixis Investment Managers International distribution offices, support functions (compliance, Finance, clients), and providing legal support to sales teams (Luxembourg, Madrid, Milan, Frankfurt, Geneva, Zurich, London);
* Using the digital contract tracking tool in coordination with the Compliance, Finance, and Client Servicing teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+5 level student (equivalent to a Master's degree or 5 years of higher education), you are pursuing a university or business school degree, specializing in business, banking, or financial law.

An LLM or a dual degree from a business school, as well as previous internship experience in asset or portfolio management, would be a plus.

You are recognized for your dynamism, your rigor, and your curiosity.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
