Job Description :The Assistant Producer assists producers as needed in the production process with helping to translate ideas/sounds to film. The Assistant Producer's responsibilities may include researching and contracting songs/composers, interacting with production houses as well as siding int he orchestration of all sub-departments as to their role in production.
The Assistant Producer will work in close collaboration with the internal production studio, agency creatives as well be a support for the production team on larger scale projects. The Assistant Producer has skills in the core principles of producing: communication, organization, planning and execution.

- Creates, manages and leads production timelines for internal agency initiatives and client work (social content, photography, experiential and broadcast including radio and video).
- Leads and maintains production request database and project manager requests for Production Department.
- Leads communications between creatives, production partner vendors and internal studio per project.
- Coordinates with account team to manage creative workflow and approvals.
- Partners with Business Affairs on estimates, and legal details related to production.
- Runs and maintains production department status report in coordination with Head of Production.
- Assists in helping to identify and manage appropriate external vendors including production companies and freelance talent.
- Works closely with Head of Production and Senior Producers to assist on projects.
