QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Langues Très bon niveau de français et d'anglais (écrit et oral). Compétences techniques & organisationnelles Solide compréhension de l'environnement corporate et du fonctionnement d'un département siège. Forte capacité de coordination transverse et de gestion multi-projets. Excellente organisation, rigueur et sens du détail. Maîtrise du suivi administratif et budgétaire. Capacité à structurer, synthétiser et consolider l'information. Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office). Qualités personnelles & relationnelles Sens du service et esprit collaboratif. Excellente communication écrite et orale. Posture de facilitateur(trice), diplomatie et intelligence relationnelle. Proactivité, autonomie et sens des responsabilités. Fiabilité, discrétion et respect strict de la confidentialité.
