Job Description

You will join our team of 10 people within the Communication department of Natixis CIB's CEO Office, which is looking for a Video Project Manager for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in June 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Video Production: Participate in all stages of video production, from filming to editing, including storyboard conception.
* Content Management: Assist in managing and distributing content on internal and external platforms (intranet, social media, etc.).
* Creative Watch: Stay informed about visual communication and video trends to propose new and relevant ideas.
* Project Team Support: Assist the communication team with their video and graphic design needs.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree in communication, design, audiovisual, or an equivalent field.
You are proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
You have knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
You have notions of motion design and 2D/3D animation (a plus). You understand the basics of filming (lighting, framing, sound).
You are proficient with video formats and various rendering formats, codecs, resolutions, and compression rates to optimize dissemination across diverse platforms (web, social media, etc.).
You actively engage in technological and software watch, keeping informed about new software versions and production techniques.
You demonstrate curiosity and open-mindedness.
You show great adaptability and responsiveness.
