Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creatively driven Apprentice to support the Creative Director for the EMEA region across the Estée Lauder Companies brand portfolio, spanning Fragrance, Makeup, Skincare, and Haircare. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full creative process - from early concept development through pre-production, production supervision, and post-production - across campaign formats including Online, Social, In-Store, and OOH activations.
Support research, ideation, and development of creative concepts across multiple brands Contribute to mood boards, visual research, and creative presentations Assist in building decks for internal and external stakeholders Translate strategic briefs into strong visual directions
Create and adapt assets for digital, social, in-store, and OOH formats Prepare layouts, mockups, and visual toolkits Support supervision of pre-production, production, and post-production Ensure brand consistency across all executions Assist with retouching, editing, and final asset preparation
Work closely with marketing teams, agencies, and production partners Support asset workflow management and timelines Integrate AI tools into creative workflows Stay informed on emerging design trends and digital innovation

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and ideally Figma Comfortable incorporating AI into creative workflows Strong visual sensibility and attention to detail Awareness of current design, digital, and beauty trends Passion for the luxury and beauty industry Organized, proactive, and adaptable Fluent in English
