Job Description

You are joining our Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) team, which is looking for an Equity-Linked Origination Assistant for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Prepare market updates for clients;
* Monitor the convertible and exchangeable bond markets;
* Prepare marketing pitches for clients;
* Interact with operational teams for pricing calculations;
* Participate in the general activity of the structuring team.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Master's degree student (Bac+5 level), you are pursuing a degree (from a business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance.
You have a good understanding of financial markets and corporate finance.
You have an analytical mind, are precise and rigorous, and know how to work in a team.
You have sufficient command of English to write commercial proposals.
You are comfortable with programming languages commonly used in trading rooms.
