Job Description

You are joining the Securitization Custody team, which is looking for a Securitization Custody Manager for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
This small team ensures the custody of assets amounting to 140 billion Euros for funds that allow the securitization of claims from Natixis clients and also from BPCE Group entities. Through your role in this control activity, you will help ensure that fund investors can be confident that the funds are managed in accordance with regulatory standards, signed documentation, and that the claims transferred to the funds actually exist.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to the monitoring of securitization funds by controlling management reports issued by management companies and the multitude of associated calculations;
* Contributing to the control plan for the existence of claims on the funds through database analysis and sample analysis;
* Contributing to the automation and optimization of securitization fund monitoring tasks;
* Contributing to business structuring projects aimed at making it even more robust;
* Contributing to activity control work carried out by the team leader.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You have basic knowledge of market and credit products and a good command of Excel. You have an interest in analyzing legal documentation, performing calculations in XL, and analyzing databases. In certain aspects, the tasks assigned to you may resemble audit, accounting, or management control work. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
