Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You join our Governance team, directly attached to the Head of Regulatory Governance who is looking for a Lawyer, for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.

The team leads and coordinates the compliance of the Group's governance arrangements with regulatory requirements and ensures institutional dialogue with supervisory authorities.
You will evolve in the heart of a demanding international environment, particularly mobilized around:
of the Governance Project, a structuring initiative involving numerous interactions with the Group's international entities;
of the Scale Up strategic plan, Natixis' global roadmap aimed at strengthening the management, operational efficiency and robustness of its systems.
This apprenticeship will allow you to acquire a real understanding of governance issues within a leading financial institution and interact with expert teams in France and abroad.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Draft and update governance documentation (rules of procedure, charters, minutes, nomination files...).
* Participate in the preparation and review of files submitted to governance bodies and regulatory authorities (ECB, ACPR, AMF).
* Ensure in-depth legal and regulatory monitoring (EBA, ESMA, ACPR, AMF).
* Analyze the operational impacts for Natixis and contribute to the definition of compliance action plans.
* Participate in transversal projects, often conducted with international teams.
* Contribute to the deployment of good governance practices and the implementation of harmonized processes.
* Support the optimization of tools and processes (reporting, document tree).
* Propose ideas and initiatives that promote the operational efficiency of governance.
