Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join our Debt-Solutions team, which is looking for a Lawyer, for an alternation of 1 year, from September 2026.
In this context, you will be in charge of consulting at the front-office of Natixis (located in France and abroad) and legal documentation concerning:
* The setting up and monitoring of operations on structured financial instruments (bonds, EMTNs, warrants, certificates, etc.) issued by the institution, its subsidiaries or dedicated vehicles, within or outside its issuance programs.
* Mastery of the legal aspects of private placements and public offers of securities, mainly in Europe and Asia.
* Updating the structured debt issuance programs of Natixis, its subsidiaries and issuance vehicles.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Establish the upstream relationship with operators as part of the design of operations, the structuring of new products and, occasionally, the underlying (e.g.: proprietary index).
* Develop and negotiate the documentation of securities issues (offer documents, mandates, issuance documentation, etc.).
* Develop models and participate in digital work, particularly as part of the automation of emission documentation.
* Follow the applicable regulations and seating practices.
