Job Description
You join the Business Monitoring Support team who are looking for a Support Manager for a alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
Our team is dedicated to first and second level technical and functional support for all professions (front, back, middle). We intervene as a first point of contact to solve the daily challenges of business. It is important to note that our scope focuses exclusively on N1/N2 support operations, without involvement in the design or drafting of specifications.
We manage our interventions with flexibility to ensure continuous and reliable assistance.
On a daily basis, your missions are to:
* Support the business teams in their trading activities and monitoring of risk indicators;
* Improve the monitoring of our support activity in order to anticipate as much as possible problems before they impact the business lines;
* Optimize the monitoring of incident management procedures and tools, including morning/evening check procedures, sanity check post release, and monthly process.
