Job Description

Within Natixis CIB (Corporate & Investment Bank) and the Distribution and Portfolio Management (DPM) division, the Co-Lending team is responsible for managing and developing partnership contracts on co-financing with leading institutional investors. The Co-lending team (10 people spread across the 3 platforms EMEA, Americas and APAC) works in constant interaction with its partners, from origination to transaction closing, as well as during the life of each project, to allow them to invest in private debt.
The team thus carries out: i) the placement of transactions with investors in connection with the origination/structuring and syndication teams, ii) their transfer to the investor's vehicle, and iii) their post-closing follow-up, in conjunction with the Asset Management & Portfolio teams. The deals are global and the partners are today in EMEA and Asia platforms. Since 2017, the team has focused on developing new asset classes as part of Co-Lending activities: aviation, real estate and natural resources. However, infrastructure continues to account for over 90% of activities
You join our team that is looking for a Junior Analyst Co-Lending, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Monitor and regularly update the pipeline of new transactions across all Natixis locations (EMEA, Americas, APAC);
* Participate in weekly calls with each investor-partner (presentation of new transactions, questions/answers, transfer process);
* Prepare presentations to investors at quarterly meetings;
* Take charge of the management of already invested transactions (annual reviews and waivers);
* Monitor investors' cash flows and carry out the periodic valuation of portfolios;
* Participate in the improvement of activity tracking tools.
