Job Description

You join our team within the Natixis Transformation Management Office (TMO), which is looking for a Project and Organization Consultant, for a alternation of 12 months from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Intervene on organizational projects, changes in operational or regulatory models launched by the professions to develop, adapt to new constraints and increase their performance;
* Intervene on operational efficiency projects, process optimization aimed at improving the customer experience, the employee experience, strengthen operational risk management, improve productivity and provide tools and steering means to managers.
These projects integrate transformation levers such as new operating methods, technological solutions as well as new project management and change support modes.
You will be integrated into a project team, under the direct supervision of one of our consultants, and your scalability will be gradual and based on your level of autonomy.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+5 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering), with a specialization in project management or consulting.
You have knowledge in Finance/Banking and project/consulting. Initial experience in these fields would be a plus.
You demonstrate adaptability and curiosity. You have a very good interpersonal sense and practice active listening.
In addition, you have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and a good level of formalization.
You master the usual office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
And last but not least you are perfectly fluent in English.
