Job Description

You join the Vendor Risk Management service, within the IT & Operations department of Natixis CIB, which is looking for a Automation & BI Developer for a alternation of 1 or 2 years from September 2026.
The VRM (Vendor Risk Management) department, composed of 5 employees in Paris and 1 employee in Porto, is responsible for monitoring supplier risks.
Your curiosity for new technologies and your desire to apply them concretely will be major assets for our VRM team, which seeks to optimize its processes through automation and BI. You will be integrated into the team and interact with employees based in Paris or Porto, as well as with VRM contacts located in the EMEA, AMER and APAC platforms.
The VRM team was recently formed and is working on several tools. We need to centralize the information distributed in different systems, automate certain controls on the data present in these tools, and implement dashboards.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Set up an intragroup and extragroup supplier base and Build an automated dashboard with KPIs related to supplier risks:
* From the Harmoni tool, set up a dashboard and a detailed list of suppliers within the Natixis scope;
* Make the link with the qualification of suppliers established in Grasp;
* For this, rely on the datamart being created that centralizes the data from the Harmoni, Grasp, Jurisline tools ... ;
* Participate in automating tasks within the team:
* Automatically produce the DORA dashboard (Digital Operational Resilience Act);
* Set up automatic checks (via Excel macro or AI or other) to verify the data contained in the regulatory registers (EBA outsourcing register, DORA, OCIR - Operational Continuity In Resolution);
* Implement a monitoring of suppliers in financial difficulty based on information from Harmoni;
* Implement a monitoring of suppliers representing a geopolitical risk;
* Set up a link (interface) between the OCIR register data from Grasp to automatically integrate them into the Jurisline tool.
