APPRENTICESHIP OR INTERNSHIP CONTRACT FROM SEPTEMBER 2026 / 6 to 12 months
CONTEXT
Over the past three years, Sodexo has been transforming its go-to-market approach, with a clear ambition to build and sell strong brands rooted in deep client and consumer insights. At the same time, Group leadership is placing a strong emphasis on accelerating growth through reinvigorated commercial performance. In this context, the Global Client & Consumer Insights team is seeking to strengthen its capabilities by recruiting a Junior Insights Analyst to support different insights projects:
MISSIONS
The main mission will be to support Client and Consumer Insights projects, including:
* Project management (questionnaire testing, managing translations…)
* Internal data collection and desk research using various tools, such as our Knowledge Management systems, Social Listening platforms, and external subscriptions
* Support with brief development and assistance in identifying and coordinating external suppliers
* Participation in internal and external project meetings
* Analysis of data and results, and preparation of presentation decks
* Our insights projects may cover a wide range of topics, including workplace experience, food trends, buyer journeys, and brand studies-either at a global level or for specific business segments (Corporate Services, Campus, Healthcare, etc.).

PROFILE
* Master's degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Market research
* Interest in client and consumer insights (a first experience in Market Research is a plus)
* Analytical skills and ability to synthesize and present data in a user-friendly manner
* Ability to work in international context (previous international exposure is a plus) and interest in services industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Good presentation and communication skills (both oral and written)
* Structured, rigorous, strong attention to details
* Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly
* Autonomous, proactive and solution-oriented
* Curious, engaged, eager to learn
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization
* Fluent/native English and French (compulsory)
* Tech-/digital-savvy and at ease with Social Networks is a plus (X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit…)
