Job Description

You join our team, which is looking for a Assistant Client/Partner Relationships and Support (Assets Listed), for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Support the Liquid Asset Investor Relations team in their daily tasks and ongoing projects;
* Ensure the deployment and automation of standard client reporting processes, with the aim of generating key performance indicators, improving data reliability, and supporting the overall monitoring of team activities;
* Contribute to the creation of specific content for clients and support the implementation of new client reporting requirements, including the design and standardization of reporting templates;
* Coordinate the assignment of incoming requests and collaborate transversally with support teams to redirect customer questions efficiently and ensure a high level of responsiveness;
* Support the implementation of automation projects (data collection, structuring and visualization).
