How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW at Air Liquide?

Au sein de l'organisation DDS Innotech, l'équipe Contrôle des Opérations a pour objectif d'apporter de la transparence sur les coûts D&IT (Digital & Informatique). Elle assure la consolidation et l'analyse pour l'ensemble des entités Innotech auprès des décideurs internes (Direction DDS Innotech, entités, contrôle de gestion Innotech) et externes (CDIO du Groupe).

Dans le cadre de votre alternance, les principales missions qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes :
* Planification et organisation budgétaire.
* Gestion des investissements et des actifs.
* Reporting des effectifs (employés et prestataires externes).
* Suivi, pilotage et reporting des économies et de l'efficacité opérationnelle.
* Activités de facturation du Centre de Services Partagés D&IT (contrats, collecte de métriques, tarification, ajustements).
* Développement et maintenance de la modélisation des données de coûts D&IT, basés sur les modèles de données centraux du Groupe.
* Administration et maintenance de l'outil de tarification (Pricing) et des tableaux de bord de reporting.
* Préparation des présentations budgétaires pour le Management.
* Analyses ad hoc.

Savoir-faire et connaissances :
* Principes financiers, comptables et normes internationales.
* Compréhension des services D&IT (structure de coûts, tarification, etc.).
* Analyse financière (ratios, indicateurs clés de performance - KPI).
* Connaissance des ERP et des outils de Data Visualisation (Power BI).

Savoir-être :
* Esprit analytique et orienté solutions.
* Rigueur et souci du détail.
* Curiosité pour le secteur de l'EPC (Ingénierie, Approvisionnement et Construction).
* Bonne communication orale et écrite.
* Anglais courant.
* Capacité à interagir dans un environnement international et multiculturel (tous continents).
