How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Au sein de la direction Marketing Produits & Innovation et intégré à l'équipe marketing Beauty Care, nous cherchons un.e Assistant.e Chef.fe de Produits Marketing pour la gamme Sensory Ingredients. Votre rôle nécessitera une implication active sur plusieurs missions de marketing opérationnel afin de contribuer au déploiement du plan d'action marketing.

Votre rôle visera à soutenir la croissance de la gamme Sensory Ingredients en exploitant tous les leviers du marketing et en accompagnant nos clients dans leurs développements, à savoir :
* Innovation : valorisation de recherches pour saisir de nouvelles opportunités de marché; aide au développement ou lancement de nouveaux produits (participation au brief marché, relation avec la Recherche & Innovation).
* Opérationnel : gestion optimisée du cycle de vie des produits avec les interfaces métiers experts internes ou externes, réalisation de contenu pour les équipes commerciales et digitales.
* Stratégique : analyse de la concurrence, identifier et anticiper les besoins des clients et consommateurs par de nouvelles applications cosmétiques en accord avec les tendances marchés.

Are you a MATCH?

Vous êtes étudiant en fin d'études et vous préparez un Master 2/Master Spécialisé en Chimie ou Biochimie avec une spécialité Marketing.
Votre niveau d'anglais est courant et vous manifestez un intérêt pour l'intelligence artificielle.

Vous faites preuve d'organisation, de rigueur, de curiosité scientifique et êtes force de proposition
Vous êtes doté d'une capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
Votre aisance relationnelle et votre écoute active vous permettront de vous intégrer rapidement et de gagner en autonomie.
Vous appréciez le travail collaboratif.
