YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This apprenticeship will take place in Paris (La Fayette), in our office starting from September 2026. Tutor Magalie Bourgeois, Global HQ Internal Communications Manager will guide tour through your day-to-day tasks and help you grow in your role:
* Support for the Danone Place Paris Communication Manager (Global Headquarters of Danone) in implementing the internal communication plan, defining objectives, and monitoring projects.
* Coordination and organization of hybrid internal events: Town halls, Danone Day, conferences (COMEX and other speakers), live digital sessions, product activations/tastings, Family Day, networking events...
* Engagement of the headquarters community through various communication channels: MyDanone (intranet), AppSpace, screen signage, newsletters.
* Reporting: compiling and analyzing stats from our various platforms and also creating satisfaction surveys for events + activations.
* Creation of content and visuals (slides, invitations, posters, video editing).
* Assistance in preparing internal and agency briefs.
* Support for HR projects: informing and guiding employees on transformation initiatives related to wellbeing, workplace safety, and #DPPExperience.
* Independent project management: volunteer actions, virtual workshops, communication and strategic advice for various departments and their activations.

* In university, business school
* Comfortable with PowerPoint, Canva
* Experience with event organization – very detail oriented
* Bilingual French/English
