Job Description

You will join our Corp Transfer 1 team, Customer Investigations and Fraud Prevention, which is looking for a Customer Support Investigation Officer for a one-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main missions will be:
* Controlling, ensuring the reliability of, and dispatching instructions;
* Contacting the stakeholders who can provide security elements for operations;
* Carrying out Compliance-related checks;
* Monitoring the proper flow of alerts;
* Analyzing and resolving investigations.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

A student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (from a university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You have a good team spirit. You have a good capacity for adaptation and good organizational skills. You have excellent interpersonal skills and very good listening skills. You are rigorous, motivated, and dynamic. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
