Job Description

You will join our Sales team, which is looking for a Sales Assistant for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Daily activity monitoring of the Institutional and Corporate Client sales teams in France:
* Continuously update the customer relationship management tool (CRM) and various sales reporting files.
* Create and update reports from the CRM tool.
* Monitor and verify financial collection statements.
* Provide support to sales representatives on client requests and on the preparation of meetings/events/mailings.
* Contribute to the administrative management of the teams (expense reports, budgets, etc.).
* Participate in market watch activities.
* Participation in cross-functional projects across all our sales teams (France, Belux, Switzerland):
* Create summary documents on the commercial activity of all our sales teams (content aggregation, data extraction).
* Take charge of other projects also requiring coordination across all teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Master's degree student (Bac+5), you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Finance.

You are interested in the sales profession.

You have a good understanding of the financial industry and asset management, you are capable of managing multiple subjects simultaneously under sometimes tight deadlines, and you have good adaptability to a changing environment.

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

And last but not least, you are very comfortable speaking in English.
