Your Task
During our training as a merchant in retail, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. In the future, you will be familiar with all our products and services and will be able to individually advise your customers accordingly. With a unique shopping experience in the shop, you ensure that they become fans.

This training content awaits you, among other things:
* Make products and services come alive in the shop
* Insights into our inventory management and logistics chains
* (Further) development of regional marketing measures and content creation for regional social media channels

Your field of employment during training is in our Telekom shop in your region. In this, you support and advise customers so that they are impressed by our products, services and, of course, you every day.
