R&D Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

Core Responsibilities
* Development & Coding: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for software products.
* Testing & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and debug issues in existing software to improve performance.
* Collaboration: Work with senior developers and cross-functional teams in agile, daily stand-up, and code review meetings.
* Documentation: Create and update technical documentation, user guides, and project reports.
* Research & Support: Investigate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance development processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
* Tools: Familiarity with Git, IDEs, and issue-tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
* Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, eagerness to learn, and effective communication skills.
What to Expect
* Mentorship from senior software engineers.
* Exposure to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Hands-on experience with embedded development.
* Potential for a final project presentation.
