Position Description:
An Apprentice will gain transition on ASOP tool suite and will work along with ASOP support team providing support to end users. This role is ideal for a curious learner who is eager to master the ASOP tool suite and provide effective support to ASOP users.
Key Responsibilities
. Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to ASOP Support.
. Respond to customer or end-user queries via ASOP tool systems
. Diagnoses and troubleshoot problems.
. Provide timely solutions or connect with respective stakeholders for solution.
. Log, track, and update support tickets in ASOP Jira.
. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers or users.
. Keep users informed about the status of their issues.
. Provide guidance or instructions for resolving problems.
. Strong analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving
. Excellent communication and organizational skills
. Basic understanding of ticketing tools
. Participate in process mapping and documentation exercises
. Work with other teams such as development, QA, or network teams for problem resolution.
. Stay updated on product knowledge and new technologies.
. Suggest improvements to support processes.
Nice to Have
. Exposure to Atlassian tools (Jira, JSM & Confluence)
. Exposure to basic database knowledge
. Exposure to AI platforms like Azure AI, OpenAI, or Google Cloud AI
